Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation from the passenger up to 72 hours before the flight.
  • The flight can be canceled by us in case of: rain, strong wind, gusty wind, fog and thunderstorm. In this case you can ask for a full refund or reschedule the flight.
Reccomendations
  • In spite of ourselves, the activities is NOT allowed to: pregnant women, people with heart problems, pacemaker wearers and people with physical or mental disabilities.
  • Kids can only fly if they are over 90cm tall.
  • Animals are NOT allowed during the activity.
  • The final confirm of your flight is communicated the previous day by 18:00.
