Starting from 4 June 2020, Firenze Mongolfiere returns to operating regularly, it will again be possible book and fly to all available locations.

Mandatory precautions to be taken before, during and after the flight phases:

1. All passengers must show up at the check-in with a worn mask, in case of forgetfulness we will provide one.
2. During the flight all passengers must always wear masks correctly.
3. At check-in the temperature will be measured and gel will be provided for accurate hand sanitation.

Behavior before, during and after the flight:

1. Greet without shaking hands;
2. Cough and sneeze into the crease of your elbow and, while flying, with the face the outside of the hot air balloon basket.
3. At the end of the flight, special containers will be available to store the used masks and it will be possible to repeat the hand hygiene.
4. The toilets will not be accessible to the public for the entire COVID-19 emergency period.
5. Any non-flying companions must be communicated to us on booking.
